We follow a 100% Transparent-Four-Step Process.

Step 1: Timelines Sheet
We start our discussion with a Timeline Sheet shared to the client openly. Each category mentioned above has a separate Timeline Sheet with points relevant to that category. The relevant points needed by the client are marked in the Timeline Sheet.

Step 2: Internal Estimate
An Internal Estimate is prepared by One iDea only for those points required and asked for by the client. We believe that some points in the Timeline Sheet must be done by the client themselves to save costs.

Step 3: Proposal
A proposal is prepared for the client by One iDea, based on the Internal Estimate and the Timeline Sheet. All proposals with minimal third party involvement will be explained in a Personal Presentation by One iDea authority within 24 hours of the Timeline Sheet preparation.

Step 4: Work Commencement & Completion
We facilitate work commencement in 24 hours of Proposal approval and an advance payment of 70% on pro-forma invoice. Balance is to be paid within 24 hours of final delivery. Most project completion timelines are 6 days from the day advance is paid. If there is any variation, it will be mentioned in the One iDea proposal.
